Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install anything or buy hardware?
No. It opens in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone. Your printer, receipt printer and barcode scanner work as they are. If you want to work without internet, there is a version that installs on a computer in your place.
Can I start with one part and add more later?
Yes. Under Settings → Modules you turn any part on or off: clinics, lab, radiology, pharmacy, inpatient, inventory, insurance, payroll. Your data stays.
Who can see patient data?
Only your own staff, each according to their role, and every change is logged with who made it and when. We never sell data or use it for ads.
What if I leave, what about my data?
The owner downloads all the place's data in one file from Settings at any time: a spreadsheet for everything, patients, visits, invoices, stock and every department.
Is the app in English?
The app itself is in Arabic, with drug names, diagnoses and lab results in English the way doctors write them. This website is in both languages.
How do Egyptian e-receipts work?
You enter your e-receipt system registration once, and every invoice then gets its receipt and code.
What if the internet goes down?
Online: a mobile data plan is enough until your connection is back. If your internet is unreliable, run it on a server in your place and every device connects over Wi-Fi without internet.
