Kushufat is a tool for running a medical place, operated by Kushufat. By using it you agree to these terms.

Medical responsibility

Medical decisions, prescriptions and reports are the doctor's responsibility. Any text suggested by dictation and any calculated value must be reviewed by the doctor before saving and printing. The reference ranges that come with the system are from published sources, and every lab must review them against its own analyzers.

The place's responsibility

The place is responsible for the accuracy of its patients' data and their consent to record it, for their consent to be contacted on WhatsApp, for protecting its staff's passwords, and for its registration with the e-receipt system if it uses it.

Subscription and payment

The subscription is monthly or yearly per the plan on the pricing page, paid in advance by InstaPay, mobile wallet or bank transfer. When it ends there are a few days of grace, after which the system becomes view, print and download only until it is renewed. Data is not deleted.

Cancellation and refunds

You can stop the subscription at any time, and the system keeps working until the end of the paid period. A period that has started is not refunded, unless the service stopped because of us.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep the service running and your data safe, but our liability for any damage is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and law

We may improve and change the system, and if we change these terms or the prices we will tell you in advance. These terms are governed by Egyptian law.
