Each person sees only their part, as the owner decides.

Your data is yours
The owner downloads all the data in one file at any time, and we delete it on request.
Backups
Online: the database on Cloudflare with its backups. On your own server: a copy every day, keeping the last 14.
We never sell data
No ads, no selling and no sharing of patient data with anyone.
Frequently asked questions
Where is the data stored?
The online service runs on Cloudflare (the database is in Europe). If you want the data to stay on your premises, run the system on your own server.
Does the AI see patient data?
Only if you turn it on: the text or audio is sent for processing and comes back, and it is not used to train models. The owner can turn it off in Settings.
What if an employee leaves?
The owner deactivates their account in one click, and all their open sessions end.
